SMS Messaging & Compliance

Program Description: This messaging program sends inspection scheduling information, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and customer support communications to prospects and customers of Cal-West Property Inspections who have explicitly opted in through our Contact Us form. The form contains a single, non-pre-selected consent checkbox for transactional messages. The program is designed to provide customer support and respond to service-related inquiries.

2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (760) 679-5659. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
