By the time our inspectors are allowed to perform inspections on their own they will have completed hundreds of inspections with me learning the ins and outs of all the types of houses and condos in Southern California. When one of our inspectors shows up at your inspection you can count on a trained professional who will conduct themselves in a courteous manner, understands what you and or your real estate agents need out of your inspection, and unlike other inspections firms, I am always available to my inspectors at anytime of day to help with any unusual finding that they might come across on your home inspection.

From our fully trained Customer Service team members to our knowledgeable and InterNACHI certified home inspectors we are here to make sure the home inspection process goes as smooth as possible for you and your agent. Every inspection includes an onsite wrap up meeting with the inspector and you to go over the findings and explain what you can expect in the report. Did we mention our reports are published and sent to you the same day as your inspection? We also have several scheduling options for you to use like our Live Online Scheduler that you can schedule and book your inspection at your own convenience, our express inspection request for allows you to send us your preferred time slot with the property address and we can book it for you, or you can always call our office and talk to one of our customer service team members who is trained to answer all of your home inspection questions.
